- All items must be returned within 60 days of delivery; unused and in new condition, with all manufacturer tags attached.
- All items that are returned and received used or not in resell condition; will be shipped back to the customer at customer's expense.
- Shoes must be unworn and not have any tape or shipping labels attached to the box they came in.
- Clothing must be clean and unwashed; with all tags attached.
- Videos must not be opened.
- Skateboards and snowboards must not be used.
- We suggest that if you would like an exchange to order new item online and simply mail original order back.

- To return products simply mail the product back with an explanation for the return; along with a copy of your receipt.
- Allow 1-2 work weeks from date we receive the return to process and credit the account used in original order.
- Surfside Sports suggests that you ship back returns with tracking and or insurance. Surfside Sports is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages in transit.
- By law ladies swim suits can not be exchanged or returned.
