A. Surfside Sports has been in business since 1975. We are located in Costa Mesa, CA. (The heart of the surf, skate, and snow industry)Surfside Sports is an icon retailer in action sports; and has been a pioneer retailer for most manufacturers in the industry.Surfside was originally located on the Balboa Peninsula for over 20 years' until we moved up the hill to Costa Mesa in late 2006.Our new store is over 17,000 square feet and is filled with your favorite surf skate and snow brands.If you are in the southern California area come in and say hi to our friendly and knowledgeable crew of over 40 people!
Q. What is your return policy?
A. NO HASSLE! All tags must be on item(s), and item(s) must be new, unused, and in re-sale condition. Any returns that are received in used condition will not be credited, and returned to you at your expense. All returns must be done within 60 days of receipt.
Q. Do you guys ship outside of the USA?
A. If you are outside USA and Canada simply add items to cart then select the Iinternational Checkout button to proceed with order.All costs will be calculated before you commit to the order.Please visit our shipping page.*restrictions apply
If you are located outside USA and wish to ship to a USA address, we suggest using Google Checkout payment method. You will need to add the USA address to the Google account.We do not accept international issued credit cards (Outside USA and Canada).
Q. What are my shipping options?
A. (Most) orders will be shipped within one business day after checkout, pending credit card approval. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).Surfside Sports uses UPS and USPS as its carriers. We now ship to APO 's and PO boxes; please use USPS methods at checkout.
Q. How can I pay for my order?
A. You may order online with any major credit card, E-Check, Google Checkout,or Pay Pal.If you do not have any of these accounts you can order by telephone at 866-758-7873;or mail us a money order or cashiers check.We will process the order once payment is cleared.
Q. Why was my card charged even though my order was canceled or was out of stock?
A. When you place an order with Surfside Sports your credit card will have a hold on it for the amount of the order, as soon as the order is verified with the inventory and shipped out your card will then be fully processed for the amount shipped. If for some reason the order is not shipped, your order will not be fully processed and the hold will be taken off your account by issuing bank.

A.Yes!;A 17,000 square feet store filled with your favorite surf, skate, and snow brands.We are located in Orange County Ca in Costa Mesa; right above Newport Beach.
Q. Can you guys send me a catalog?
A. You are looking at our catalog; we do not make a print catalog at this time.
Q. How do I get in on your program your stuffs cool, do you have an Affiliate Program?
A. You bet! If you have a website and can generate orders from it; sign up. we just ask that your site fit into our industry; and that is a quality site.Apply here.
Q. You guys rock; do you sell advertising for my business or product?
A. We offer banner advertising at great rates; advertising online with Surfside Sports is great and reasonable way to reach the youth market.If you are interested hit us up via email with the skinny on your business along with a budget, and time frame.One of our ad sales people will get back to you with more info for you.Please note that we do require all our ads to fit into our industry and our demographic.
